IT Society

Information Technology Society (IT Society) is a faculty-based society for the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) in Multimedia University, Cyberjaya Campus.
IT Society is the only club in MMU which specializes in things related to Information Technology. We focus mainly on the development in the IT field among students, with the aim to create an IT-literate society. We provide academic assistance to students who are in need, especially in FIT.

• To generate interest among students who are non-members
• To provide online participantion.
• Opportunity to have a larger networking of friends and seniors.
• Educational and intellectual workshops and short courses each year for members.
• Enjoyable social dimension such as gathering or reunion dinner.
• Monthly newsletters.
• To encourage student involvement in the university’s activities.
• To act as a medium between the students and the faculty.
• To promote unity and harmony amongst local and international students in the society.
• To enable students to be exposed to event management skills.
